I'm currently producing Episode 19 which will be out this weekend just in time for the Mind, Body Spirit festival. Ruth and I had a productive an interesting recording session on Monday morning! And my grandmother (who passed in 2002) even joined us in the studio for a few minutes, while we were recording a segment.

It's always great to spend some time with Ruth, and my Nana, and I can't wait to share these next few episodes with you!
