Thanks to everyone who has sent us messages over the last few weeks, it's nice to be in conversation with our listeners and finding out what you like (and dislike) about the show. Before I tell you too much about this episode a few shoutouts to some people we've been talking to this week.

Firstly, to Ailuros who writes the One Gypsy blog. She's currently resting-up with a bad back after slipping carrying a load of washing. She's a regular listener to the podcast and we send her lots of love and healing... this episode is early so that you can listen to it while you're getting better Ailuros!

Secondly, to DarkAz (also known as John) over at The Pod Lounge at http://www.thepodlounge.com.au/ - if you haven't checked out this site it's worth a look. These guys have just finished a complete revamp of this podcast directory and I know that the In Spirit Podcast is in John's favourite shows list as well. A shout out to you my friend, and thanks for listening, and the great work you're doing to help promote podcasting.

Now - for this week's program. We've got your feedback from listeners on the phone and some emails that have come in. We speak some more to Carolinda Witt and tell you how you can win a copy of her amazing book "The Five Tibetan Exercise Rights." and we also tell you a bit more about what's going to happen next episode when Ruth is away in London.

Another fun show coming up next week as well, tune in for more details on that one.

Don't forget to leave us feedback to be in the running for the competition this month: +1 (202) 657-6205 for callers in the U.S. and (02) 8006-0180 for Australian listeners. And please, please, please... if you like the podcast then let a friend know how they can tune-in too.

Thanks for listening, and I hope you enjoy this show.

Take Care,
James

PS. Oh, another piece of exciting news - a news flash of sorts - if you've been following Kerry in our podcasts, she just got her new job as Ruth predicted and she starts in a few weeks. More on that in upcoming episodes. Congratulations Kerry!
