June 2007

Hello Everyone,

I have had a busy couple of months, both professionally and personally, as I am sure many others of you have also experienced. These days the speed of our lives is extraordinary compared to those of your parents and grandparents. There always seems so much to do. These conditions are worldwide and are an indication of the speeding up of time and the higher vibratory energies with which we are all contending.

Taking time for yourself is very important right now. A few moments of quiet contemplation or meditation in the morning before your day begins, or a walk in nature to unwind at the end of a busy day will clear your energy field and allow you the space to connect with your personal spiritual support.

Recently I was blessed with the experience of visiting The Kimberly – for the non – Australians – this is a region in the far north of Australia that has the most dramatic and beautiful archaeology and scenery with rocks and earth that are some of the oldest on the planet. (70 millions years old I am told) The landscape and seas in this area are awe- inspiring and certainly speak to ones soul of the majesty of the Divine.

Exploring this area, I also found it wonderful to be able to connect into the powerful imagery of our native aborigines and their dreamtime beliefs through their rock art in the caves that I visited. The Bradshaw art and the Wandjina art hold many secrets that have now been all but lost – except to a few of the custodians of the old ways. Just being in the presence of this ancient cave art was a profoundly spiritual experience – the caves are their equivalent of Westminster Abbey or the Vatican.

No matter what our spiritual belief system, we are all connected and ONE and as sentients beings we share the most glorious planet. Let’s look after this, our home, and each other.

I send you Blessings,
Ruthie
